I personally know some police officers and they tell me that they feel there is a lack of support
There should be more preventative work going on in our community as prevention is better than cure.

Medical checks on those with disabilities are not being done since covid, this is a safety issue VM
Police prescene should be increased 100% so they are seen

heating for our community is an issue- those that paid into pensions are penalised for being sensible and doing the right thing VM

The gate at Dubbs Road park is not been fixed and i am unable to take my child there. they run away at any given chance and it is so unsafe as it is next to a main road.
i feel safe in my community
there is nothing for young people to do so they hang around in big groups which can be intimidating for some people
more police on the beat would be beneficial
the community wardens are hardly around anymore and not where you need them (advised to call if they have any issues around their home or street)

I feel safe out and about in Port Glasgow but do not leave my house at night
the boys on the bikes have no concern for others, they will either kill someone or be killed as they don't use lights, wear dark clothing and are so quiet
there is often large gatherings of young people outside the (Dubbs Road) shop at weekends, i feel intimidated, especially with the early dark nights drawing in
There is nowhere for young people to go at night
