    gourock park bowling club it’s a very nice morning with live music and home made scones to enjoy it’s a blessing to me and many others over the cold winter months so I like it to continue and getting funding.

      Gourock Park Bowling Club has provided a warm space to the local community, not just the club members, for the past two years. This Space is needed more than ever this year, given that many people will not receive the Winter Fuel Allowance. Please enable this resource to continue to be available for the community.

        Gourock bowling is an absolute asset for the community, has a warm space for lonely people meeting up and is deserving of any help they can get

          this space on a Thursday has proven to be a vital lifelong to many x People of all ages but particularly senior citizens and vulnerable adults use this space on a weekly bases . It provides warmth. Hot tea and scones etc as well as company and entertainment . For many it is the highlight of the week as many users live alone . This grant would go a long way in continuing to provide this vital resource .

            This is a wonderful, much needed service. I know several people who have personally benefitted greatly from it. The music and social interaction is very therapeutic to them.

                    A wonderful weekly gathering where folk find warmth especially through the great sense of community & shared in singing & dancing during the dreary winter months.

                      Best thing that Council have done, it is great to go somewhere to go, have a chat, cup of tea and listen to music, long may it continue
