Warm space at Coppermine Community Centre Kirn Drive is essential for so many local people. Run by dedicated volunteers they provide a warm and friendly welcome and serving delicious soups, cakes, sandwiches and biscuits. I encourage anyone in the area to come along on Tuesdays 11am till 130pm.
The chatty cafe at Port Glasgow New Parish church has been a lifeline for so many people in Port Glasgow and beyond. The cafe on the Friday is already so busy and Wednesday’s will be hopefully just as popular. Definitely a great asset in our town.
