Many of the individuals who come to the Recovery Hub live in extreme hardship, often enduring long periods without heating or access to regular, nutritious meals. This funding has been a lifeline, enabling us to provide a warm, safe space where they can escape the cold, enjoy hot meals, and find comfort in the company of others within their community.
The impact of these services extends beyond basic needs, fostering meaningful connections and combating isolation among those we serve. The hub has become a place where individuals can rebuild their sense of belonging, offering hope and stability during uncertain times.
Your support ensures we can continue to meet these critical needs and maintain this vital lifeline for the most vulnerable in our community. With your help, we are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Thank you for considering our application- MD

It's so important for people in recovery and the wider community to have somewhere to go on weekends, as it's often the time when individuals need support the most. It's a great resource. Hot food and clothing is so necessary in these difficult times when everyone is struggling. This funding will go a long way to ensure that local people have a good meal and will be able to keep warm this winter.

Particularly during this season, as the cold weather sets in, the recovery community offers a valuable chance for locals to find a warm, safe place for essential food and drinks. This can also pave the way for additional support with any challenges they're facing. It's an outstanding service and crucial in assisting many individuals.
